The Art Hotel is situated in the highly desirable Oniru Chieftaincy Family Estate, Victoria Island Lagos. It will be a trendy, luxury 46-room boutique art hotel offering visitors a unique experience with awe inspiring themes and superior service. It is also very important to Dreamspaces Development and our investors to be as environmentally conscious and sustainable as possible. Therefore, at a minimum, we expect  that low-tech and passive sustainable solutions be incorporated in the design of this hotel.
